Timeliness Bonus For Submission of Renewal Documents
It’s hard to believe it’s already the time of year to prepare and submit insurance documents for the upcoming 2020/2021 APEI renewal. APEI recognizes the challenges and uncertainties that public entities may be facing during the COVID-19 pandemic, but timely submission of insurance renewal information to allow your brokers and APEI plenty of time to review your coverage needs and produce a timely coverage quote by the start of the next fiscal year still remains. We’re encouraging a timely submission of renewal documents by providing each member a gift from Alaska Safety Inc. You may have seen this already on the renewal application labeled “Timeliness Bonus!”.
This year, a gift card in the amount of $100-$500, depending on member size, will be issued to each member when renewal documents are submitted by April 24, 2020. The size of the gift card will be equal to 10 percent of the amount of the safety grant that you currently receive. For example, if you normally qualify for a $2,000 safety grant, the amount of your gift card will be $200. Alaska Safety is known for having top quality safety gear including personal protective equipment, safety equipment for vehicles, first aid supplies and other various safety items.
Remember that to qualify for the gift card, you will need to have all the documents listed on page one of the renewal application turned in by April 24, 2020.
